Whilst you are searching for a new home it’s a good idea to subscribe to our property alerts. Each time a new property is listed we will email you photos and a description if the property matches your criteria.

Take advantage
Take advantage of our 'open for inspection' times or make an appointment to view properties that interest you. We will conduct 'open for inspections' twice weekly once the property has become available. Should the open times not be convenient for you we can arrange a private viewing.
When inspecting a rental property, the first impression is most important. Ensure that you are punctual, dress well, introduce yourself to the agent and make it clear that you are interested in the property.

It helps to be prepared. Make sure that you have all the necessary documentation to accompany your application. When you find a suitable property, be ready to apply. You will need to provide identification and references.
Our selection process includes 100 point identification checks. Checking prospective tenants' employment, stated income and references from current and previous rental agents or owners.
